Shipping Policy

Our Standards Shipping service is 3 – 5 Working days from when you place your order. Majority of our parcels are sent using a Hermes tracked service and the details below reflect their policy.

  • Your courier will always make three attempts to deliver your parcel. They’ll leave a calling card to let you know when’ll make their next attempt, which is usually the next working day.
  • If you don’t think you’ll be in for your next attempt, you can divert your parcel to a safe place or neighbour. Details will be on the calling card.
  • Your courier will make every effort to get your parcel delivered to you when you’re home but sometimes you still end up missing each other. Your courier will make three attempts to deliver your parcel.  Look out for the calling card they’ll leave as it’ll tell you when their next delivery attempt will be. 
  • You can divert your parcel for your next attempt so if you miss each other again, your courier knows where to leave your parcel. Details will be on the calling card.

If your items arrive damaged, then we will be happy to put things right for you. Please contact us within 7 calendar days from the day of delivery with your name, order number and details of the damage. We will require photos of the damaged items and the outer packaging before any replacement products/refunds can be issued.

We reserve the right to use an alternative courier service where Hermes does not cover your location or where there is a more economical option providing similar delivery timescales. Where this happens, the service may not be fully tracked. Orders to our local area in Manchester may be delivered directly by Bathtime Bliss
